About Us

  • To empower and educate members of the community to make healthy lifestyle choices through Medical Nutrition Therapy to cultivate fruitful and wholesome lives.

  • To advance humankind to live in a healthier, sustainable world.

  • Passion: Learning about the healing power of foods and nutrition therapy excites me. Being able to take my knowledge and share it with others who need encouragement to make smarter health choices and change their lives for the better is a reward in and of itself. What passions drive your purpose?

Compassion: Everyone is fighting a battle we may know nothing about, and we will work with each individual where they currently are to customize a plan that is best for their life and lifestyle.

Respect: We value everyone and treat people with dignity and professionalism, and expect members of our community to do the same.

Accountably: Each of us is responsible for our own words, actions, and results. However, we will be your team leader until you learn to lead yourself. We help you set your goals. We are part of your support team. We are here to guide and support you every step of the way so you never feel you are alone on your nutrition journey.

Longevity: You can tell how important something is today by measuring it’s potential future impact on your life. Our approach to health is sustainable, focusing on nutrition for longevity with permanent, healthy weight loss. Consistency is the key to success.

Individuality: The truth is that there is no one perfect diet that will work for everyone. What works for someone else may not work for you, since our bodies respond differently to various foods depending on our genetics and other health factors. Each nutrition session is personalized based on individual needs.
